For each product, you are given information about how many points the purchase of the product will give you, and how many points you need to purchase the product. When the product is added to the shopping cart, the points earnable by the purchase of the products are shown. In the checkout screen, you are given a choice to pay by points. After clicking on continue, you may choose to use any number of points of the available points in your account. If you decide to change the number of points used in the order, you may choose to pay by points again and add or subtract more points from the order. After the order is processed successfully, the invoice shown on the screen, as well as the invoice sent to you will have information about the value of the points used.

Lucky Star automatically computes and displays shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping cart by simply entering in the destination zip code. Lucky Star ships orders the following business day from order received, depending on stock availability. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site. Some Lucky Star products are available by pre-order only. Lead times on pre-ordered products will be stated in product descriptions. Lucky Star does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
Lucky Star ships within the continental United States only. At this time we are unable to process International shipments and orders going to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
